Authors are invited to submit papers through the conference Submission system by December 01, 2012. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Proceedings in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS & IT) series (Confirmed).

Selected papers from IST 2012, after further revisions, will be published in Journals.

Post Confernce Publications

Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for consideration of publication in the following Journals (Confirmed).

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. At least one author of accepted papers is required to register at the full registration rate.
